Youth Ministries Director

Director Lennox Jason is an ordained Elder of the Moriah Seventh-day Adventist church where he has been a member since 1995. He presently serves as the Associate Youth Ministries Director of the Guyana Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. His work is to foster the holistic development of the youths (physical, mental, social and spiritual), having direct stewardship of the uniform clubs (Adventurer, Pathfinder and Master-Guide).

Director Jason as he is fondly called is in his zone; He is an invested Master-Guide, and has received the necessary awards that this noble office requires: the Pathfinder Leadership Award, the Pathfinder Instructor Award, the Adventist Youth Leadership Award and the Senior Youth Leadership Award. Associate Director Jason has a special interest for the outdoors; camping, hiking, fire building, camp cookery, knot tying, drilling and marching, church history and Bible doctrines. Director Jason loves what he does and does what he loves.

His personal philosophy is “living my life to be a blessing to others.” Director Jason ultimately believes that “death is not failure; failure is when we leave our divine calling unfinished.”
